RECYCLING
The City of Oxford has a recycling bin located behind the Police Department in the alley. The material accepted is glass, newspaper, tin cans, and aluminum cans.
The Arkansas City / Winfield Recycling Center at Strother Field is also available to take your recycling.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RINSED AND CLEANED
Tin Cans – including ends, no need to crush.
Aluminum Cans – no need to crush
Glass – food and beverage only (clear, green and brown) remove lids
*No Window Pane, Windshields, etc
Plastic Bottles – milk jugs and 2 liter pop with removed lids
*Not Available in Oxford—Only Strother Field
Newspapers
Magazines – only up to 1” thick

Corrugated Cardboard –

Office Paper – white like copy machine paper and letterhead; colored- pastels only

BE SURE TO KEEP PAPER ITEMS CLEAN AND DRY
