Oxford is a historic small town located in Sumner County, Kansas on Highway 160 with a population of approximately 1,000 residents. Oxford has been named a TREE CITY USA since 1992. The town site sits on the west bank of the Arkansas River. Cave Park is located on the east side of town, and offers a playground area for children, a covered shelter, and a public access, paved boat ramp to the Arkansas River. Our hardworking Utility Crew was just doing what they do best: upgrading electrical lines and installing fresh new wire to keep everything running smoothly.

These folks don’t just jump into action during outages—they’re always out there making sure your power stays strong and reliable. Give 'em a wave next time you see them in the sky!
