Oxford is a historic small town located in Sumner County, Kansas on Highway 160 with a population of approximately 1,000 residents. Oxford has been named a TREE CITY USA since 1992. The town site sits on the west bank of the Arkansas River. Cave Park is located on the east side of town, and offers a playground area for children, a covered shelter, and a public access, paved boat ramp to the Arkansas River. 🌞 Join the Oxford Public Pool Team! πŸŠβ€β™€οΈπŸ–οΈ

The Oxford Public Pool is open daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 🌊 We’re looking for fun, responsible individuals to join our team this summer! In addition to daily swim hours, lifeguards will also have opportunities to work pool parties and special events throughout the season.

πŸ’° Lifeguard wages start at $8.00/hr
✨ Returning employees are eligible for raises!

πŸŽ‰ NEW THIS YEAR — Lifeguard Referral Program:
Any returning lifeguard who refers a NEW HIRE will receive a $50 bonus, and the new lifeguard will also receive $50, as long as both lifeguards successfully complete the season!

πŸ… All lifeguards must have current/updated lifeguard certification. New lifeguards will need to attend and pass the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training.
