Oxford is a historic small town located in Sumner County, Kansas on Highway 160 with a population of approximately 1,000 residents. Oxford has been named a TREE CITY USA since 1992. The town site sits on the west bank of the Arkansas River. Cave Park is located on the east side of town, and offers a playground area for children, a covered shelter, and a public access, paved boat ramp to the Arkansas River. Online Bill Pay System Down

UPDATE: The issue has been resolved and customers can now access the online payment system at this time.

 

We are aware that the online bill payment system is currently not working. A support ticket has been submitted, and we are awaiting a resolution. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
